The service PinkPulse (accessible via https://pink.keepthemyst.com) is operated by PinkPulse Studios / KeepTheMyst.

We strictly limit data collection to what is necessary to operate our viral growth tools and manage member accounts:

• Account Data: Full name, email address, encrypted password hash (via bcrypt).
• Service Usage Data: Tool analysis requests, generated scores, project submissions to the showcase wall, upvote status.
• Technical & Connection Logs: IP address (anonymized/hashed for rate limiting and vote anti-fraud), browser user agent, timestamp.
• Payment Information: All financial transactions are processed directly by our secure payment gateway Stripe Inc.. PinkPulse never collects or stores your credit card numbers or banking credentials.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (Bases Légales)

In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Contract Performance: To provide access to the Viral Hook Analyzer, SaaS Break-Even Modeler, Neon Bio-Link Generator, and delivering the VIP 50-Hook Playbook.
• Legitimate Interest: To maintain platform security, prevent abuse and automated bot spam, and protect community voting integrity.
• Consent: When you voluntarily register for an account or opt into newsletter communications.

4. Data Retention Periods (Durée de Conservation)

• Active User Accounts: Maintained for the duration of the account activity and deleted upon request.
• Inactivity Policy: Unused free accounts with no login for 24 months are automatically purged.
• Analytics & Server Logs: Rotated and anonymized after 90 days.

• Right to Object & Restrict Processing (Articles 18 & 21): Object to specific data processing activities.

PinkPulse uses strictly necessary session cookies (PHPSESSID) required for user authentication and session security. We do not use third-party tracking or behavioral advertising cookies.

If you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint with your competent supervisory authority (such as the CNIL in France: www.cnil.fr, or the European Data Protection Supervisor).
